Ingredients
5 sec. Olive spray canlean slice of hamone egg3 drop of hot sauce1/8 cup fresh chopped spinach18 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese1 wholewheat english muffin1 Tbsp Fresh Salsa mix (with no preserve)
Directions
In microwave egg dish
Spray the dish. Add ham, egg (poke the egg with fork), hot sauce, spinach and cheese.
Close the lid and microwave for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile toasted the english muffin and after spray Olive and add Salsa.
