1.75 cups unthwawed frozen fruit2/5 of silken tofu package (about 2/3 cup, 180 grams)2 T applesauce1 T flaxseed1 6oz fat-free yogurt1 splash orange juice1 splash soy milk
Put all ingredients in the blender starting with the frozen fruit. Use the ice crush setting on your blender for 10 seconds to crush the frozen fruit and then blend to desired consistency.
Another version is to switch out the applesauce for 1 T honey and 1 T nut butter. It's just as yummy!
Make it vegan by using a soy yogurt!
