Ingredients
2 cups sliced eggplant1 eggbread crumb 1/4 cup1 cup sauce4oz mozz cheese3 tablespooon oil1 tablespoon parm cheese
Directions
dip eggplant slices in egg and bread crumb

fry or bake

arrange a layer of sauce, eggplant more sauce and cheeses. repeat 2 more times. cheese on top. place foil on top. bake 30-40 min at 400.
