Peanut Butter Cookies

* 1 cup Butter, unsalted * 1 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style * 1 cup Granulated Sugar * 1cup Brown Sugar, packed * Egg, fresh, 2 large * 2 1/2 cups of Flour, white * 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 1 1/2 tsp * 1 tsp Baking Powder * 1/2 tsp SaltBeat Peanut Butter, Butter and Sugars until creamy. Beat in eggs. In separate bowl, sift Flour, B. Powder, B. Soda, and Salt. Stir slowly into batter until blended. Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll dough into 1" balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten each ball with sugar coated fork, making criss-cross pattern.
