Moroccan Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breastsOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Turmeric, ground, 0.25 tsp (remove)Ginger, ground, 0.3 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tsp (remove)*Coriander seed, 0.25 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)Orange Juice, 1.5 fl oz (remove)
heat oil in skillet over medium heat
add chicken and leave for 5 minutes until nicely browned
flip and add all ingredients
bring to boil then cover and simmer for 15-25 minutes until chicken is cooked
remove chicken
put sauce at medium heat and stir for 10 minutes until reduced
puree and pour over chicken
serving is approx 100g cooked chicken and 3tbs sauce
