Hamburger Meatball Vegetable Beef Soup

12 oz. lean ground beef1 medium onion1 cup carrots1 can green beans 1 can corn1 can black-eyed peas1 celery stalk1-2 red potatoesSalt and pepper to taste
1. Pour green beans with juice, corn with juice, blackeyed peas, and tomato sauce into large pot and cook on medium-high until you are ready to add the meat balls.
2. Cut up 1 onion into small chunks or pieces, cut up the potatoes (2 red potatoes), cut up the celery and carrotts then add to soup.
3. Roll hamburger into small balls (measure into 1-oz servings so you will know how many you can have per cup of soup)
4. Add meatballs to soup and turn down the heat, cover. Make sure to watch the soup and stir it often. I let it cook for about 30 minutes.
