Basic Slow Cooker Beef Noodle soup

Ingredients
6.5 c. water1.5 lb stew beef1 medium onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, chopped1 28-oz bag of mixed vegetablesPepper to taste3 oz whole wheat noodles
Directions
Add water, beef, onion and garlic to slow cooker. Cook 6.5 hours on low heat. Mix in frozen veggies and pepper to taste. Cook 1 hour on low heat. Stir in noodles. Cook until noodles are desired consistency.

Make 8 servings.
