Cornish Game Hens over creamy mushroom rice

Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, 1.12 cup (remove)Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 2.5 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)*Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)*McCormich Old Bay spice, 1 serving (remove)*Chicken Cornish Hen Tyson 1ser=4oz=112grams, 1008 gram(s) (remove)
Directions
Place defrosted cornish hens in a pan. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees, basting 2 or 3 times.

While hens are cooking, put rice, cream of mushroom soup, 2 cups of water, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, and old bay seasoning in rice cooker. Turn on.

Serve hens over rice.
