Ingredients
1/4 cup oats1/2 cup water1 egg1/4 cup blueberriescinnamon, ginger and splenda to taste
Directions
In a bowl, add oats and water, and microwave for 90 seconds.

In another bowl, beat the egg till it's frothy. Add it slowly to the warm oatmeal while stirring vigourously to form the custard.

Add blueberries, spices and splenda to taste.
