2 tablespoons fresh lime juice1 teaspoon EVOO1/2 teaspoon Complete Seasoning1/4 teaspoon pepper2 cups of Black Eyed Peas, rinsed and Drained (1 can 15 oz can)Diced tomatoes, onions, Bell peppers (Publix trinity mix 8 oz) 2 tabelspoons fresh cilantro,Hot sauce (optional) a few drops
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Chill for 15 minutes for the flavors to blend. Serve with pita chips or crackers.
