Broccoli-Strawberry Salad

Ingredients
8 cups fresh Broccoli florets8 oz. colby-jack cheese, 1/2 in. cubes1 cup Miracle Whip light2 Tablespoon Splenda2 teaspoons cider vinegar2 cups strawberries, quartered1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted (optional)
Directions
- Combine the broccoli and cheese in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk the Miracle Whip, Splenda, and cider vinegar. Pour over the broccoli and cheese mixture.
- Gently stir in strawberries.
- Sprinkle with almonds, if desired.
- Yields 10 servings. (6 WW PP per serving)
