2 c. Whole Wheat Flour1 c. Ground Flaxseed1 c. Brown Sugar1 c. Hershey Dark Chocolate Chips1 T. Baking Powder1 egg, beaten1 c. 2% milk1 c. water
Directions
Preheat 325 degrees
Mix Dry ingredients together
Mix Wet ingredients together
Mix Dry and Wet together till dry is moist
Bake for 20 to 25 min
Till toothpick comes out clean

    I made these this weekend for a house full of kids! They loved them. My daughter "noticed" the whole wheat but was the only one. I did change the recipe a little by using fat free milk, egg substitute & 3/4 cup of mini chocolate chips. I also only got 24 muffins - 1/3/11
