Ingredients
5 oz corned beef1 large red skinned potato1 small onion1 med. kol rabi2TB canola oilBlack pepperCelery powder
Directions
Dice all ingredients to roughly the same size. Heat iron skillet and add oil. Add all ingredients. Cook on Med. heat until potatoes are soft , Stirring occasionally. Press down in pan until the whole thing gets a golden crust. Cut into 6 wedges and serve.
