Spinach & Egg pie

Ingredients
10 oz spinach thawed1/2 cup light shredded cheese6 large eggs1/2 cup nonfat millk3 oz ham chopped1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Makes 6 servings
Lightly beat eggs and milk in a medium sized bowl. Add cheese, garlic powder and chopped ham. Squeeze excess water out of the thawed spinach and add to egg mixture. Pour into a pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 30 mins.
