Spinach, Tomato, Feta, Egg Scramble

Ingredients
2c fresh spinach1c chopped roma tomato2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped3 oz feta cheese8 large egg whites
Directions
lightly spray pan with cooking spray, saute spinach and tomatoes a few minutes until spinach is tender; remove from pan.

spray pan with cooking spray again and cook egg whites until they are almost done; add back in the spinach and tomato mixture; also add in the fresh basil and feta cheese. Cook until desired firmness.
