2 pound bulk Italian sausage(2) 5-oz packages Yellow Rice1 can Chicken Broth1 can black beans
Directions
Cut the sausage into 1-2 inch cubes and cook in oil, in a large skillet. Add the rice mix and broth. Rinse the beans and add them as well. Cook until the rice is soft.
