Winter & Summer Squash Cassarole

Ingredients
3 cups mashed, pre cooked hubbard squash2 cups yellow squash, diced1 onion diced1 cup half and half (ff02 whole fresh eggsPlain bread crumbs,Paremsan cheese, grated
Directions
mash winter squash until smooth, add sauted in butter summer squash and onions. tsp garlic optional, stir in half and half and eggs
Put in cassarole dish, cover with mixture of parmesan and bread crumbs, season to taste, cook 30 minutes at 350.
