1/3 cup oats3 egg whites1 banana, mashed
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together, ensuring oats are fully coated in mix.
2. Heat medium size non-stick frying pan over medium heat
3. Spray with small amount of cooking spray (optional)
4. Cook batter as normal pancakes - approx 3 minutes each side
