Ingredients
2 c swanson chicken broth 99% fat-free1.5 tsp Garlic, minced.5 large Baby Carrots, raw, diced1 oz *Buckwheat groats, roasted, dry ( Kasha ) 3/4 cup Indian, Aromatic Basmati Rice, cooked1 tbsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 c diced celery1 tsp. minced ginger
Directions
Heat olive oil in medium pot. Add garlic, ginger, celery and carrots and saute for about 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and kasha. Simmer for about 4 minutes and cooked rice and simmer for another 4 minutes. Divide into 3 servings.
