Easy Creamy Crock pot Chicken

Ingredients
2 frozen chicken breast halves2 10.5oz cans low fat cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Place frozen chicken in crock pot. Cover with soup. Let cook all day on low (6-8 hours). The chicken will shred easily after awhile. Cook less time if you want big pieces
