Spaghetti Sauce - Italian Sausage, 1/2 Cup

Ingredients
1 Onion1 Bell Pepper2 stalks celery1 lb Italian sausage2 (or more) cloves garliccourse ground black pepperItalian seasoninggarlic powderonion powder4 cans no salt added diced tomatoes1 6 0z can no salt added tomato paste2 cans no salt added tomato sauce
Directions
chop veggies and saute in olive oil. When onions are translucent, add sausage and brown. drain if needed. Add seasonings, garlic & diced tomatoes and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Add tomato sauce and simmer again. Add tomato paste and simmer some more. Sauce is done when bright red color disappears from tomatoes and sauce thickens on its own.
