Ingredients
1/2 C milk, 1%1/2 C frozen blueberries1/2 C frozen spinach1/2 frozen banana1/2 to 1 C green tea, unsweetened1/2 scoop EAS Whey Protein Powder1t almondsAdd 2 ice cubes
Directions
Place all in a blender and blend until spinach is smooth, serve immediately in a tall glass.

    I mix up a few batches and have it all ready in the freezer, then just add the milk & tea in the morning and blend! It's a good way to get fruits/veggies in at the start of your day & I do feel good when I have this shake...
