Mal's tofu smoothie base

Ingredients
1 medium banana2.5 servings silken tofu1 tbsp agave nectar2 packets stevia2 cups water1 tsp flaxmeal1 tbsp wheatgerm
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender. (Add 1-2 additional servings of fruit of your choice as well--this is not calculated in the calorie/nutrition info, so you'll need to add that separately.) Blend to desired consistency.

If used for entire breakfast, makes 1 serving of several glasses full.
