Auntie Shan's Chicken Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
1 box uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice 5 Cups of water1 can Chicken broth 99% fat free10 oz Frozen Broccoli thawed1 Med Carrot Shreadded.25 cup diced onion 1 can cream of chicken soup1 8oz brick of low fat cream cheese 1.5 Fully cooked Chicken Brest
Directions
n Large pot put liquid, Rice and Season packet (I added the raw onion here) and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat cover and simmer for 10 min stirring once.
Add Broccoli, Carrot, onions (if your using the dehydrated ones), cooked chicken breast. Cover and simmer 5 Min.
Stir in Soup and Cream Cheese until all is melted.
I figured this as 6 portions...
