Gouda and Ham Strata

Ingredients
* Milk, nonfat, 2 cup * *green onion, 1 cup * *egg substitute, 1 cup * *Dijon Mustard 1 Tablespoon * *black pepper, ground, 0.25 tsp * *Bread - Sourdough French Bread, 12 oz * *Diced ham, 6 oz * *Cooking Spray, Pam to spray baking dish * *Smoke Gouda Cheese block cheese (Borden), 4 oz shredded * *bacon, farmland thick bacon, 4 cooked slices
Directions
Combine milk, onions, egg substitute, mustard, pepper and stir with a whisk. Add bread and ham, combine. Pour into a 2 qt. baking dish coated with the cooking spray. Sprinkle cheese over casserole. Chill at least 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350. Bake casserole 20 minutes. Then top with bacon and cook 15 minutes more.
