Ingredients
1 small (15.9) oz can black beans4 oz shredded light cheddar1 small can enchilada sauce6 small low-carb tortillasequipment: sautee pan8 x 8 baking pan
Directions
Sautee beans with spices and small amt of sauce and cheese. Fill tortillas and place in pan rolled. Cover with sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.
