Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
* Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup * Oats, .75 cup * Granulated Sugar, 1/3 cup * Baking Powder, 1 tsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp * Salt, .25 tsp * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup * *Lemon Juice, 1 tblsp * egg white, fresh, 2 large * Canola Oil, .5 cup * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Then mix all wet ingredients. Add all ingredients together until moist. Fold in the berries. Cook at 375 degrees for 15-23 min. Makes approx. 12 muffins.
