Beef, Broccoli and Mushroom Stir Fry

Beef ribs, 1 lbBroccoli, frozen, 1/2 10 oz packageMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slicesGarlic, 3 clovesCanola Oil, 2 tbspGreen onions, 3 choppedWater, tap, .5 cupCornstarch, 1 TSoy Sauce, 1 TOyster Sauce, 1 T
1)Heat oil in wok and add garlic and green onion.
2)Add beef and stir fry until browned.
3)Remove beef from wok and add frozen broccoli and water. Continue to stir fry/steam till broccoli still somewhat crisp.
4)Add mushrooms and continue to stir fry.
5)Add beef back in along witt soy sauce and oyster sauce.
6)Mix 1 T cornstarch in cup with 1/4 cup cold water and add to stir fry.
Makes 4 servings.
