italian tortellini soup (slow cooker)

Ingredients
Red Kidney Beans, dried, 1.5 cupChicken Bouillon, 4.5 tspBasil, dried, 3 tspParsley, dried, 3 tspOregano, dried, 1.5 tspMinced Garlic, dried, 2 tspTortellini, dried, 2.5 cupDiced Tomatoes (with juice), 29 oz
Directions
wash beans.
place in microwave safe dish.
fill dish with 1 - 1.5" water.
cover tightly with plastic wrap, poking 3 small holes.
microwave on high for 9 minutes.
rotate and microwave on high for another 9 minutes.

drain beans.
place in slow cooker.
cover with 6 - 8 cups hot water.
cook on high for 2 hours.

add remaining ingredients.
cook on high for another 1 - 1.5 hours.

makes 5, 2 cup servings.
