Greek Taco

Ingredients
1 tsp vegetable oil 1 lb lean ground beef 1 small onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp each mint, paprika, and salt 1/2 cup petite diced tomato in garlic, basil, and oregano 1/3 cup ketchup 8 taco shells, warmed 1/2 seedless cucumber, shredded 1 large tomato, chopped 1/4 cup crumbled feta
Directions
1. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add meat and onion and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add garlic, mint, paprika, and salt. Cook 1 minute. Stir in diced tomatoes and ketchup. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with warmed taco shells, cucumber, tomato, and feta.

    It definitely has potential. The problem was that the tacos tasted like ketchup. I'm thinking of making this again but mixing it up and cutting the ketcup WAY back. I did love the cucumber and feta on top. - 1/27/11
