Lean Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients
2 onions, chopped4-5 lb pork roast1 bottle bbq sauce1 cup gingerale
Directions
Chop 2 Onions
Place one chopped onion in bottom of crockpot
Place pork roast on top of onion
Place other chopped onions on top of roast
Pour 1 cup diet gingerale over roast
Cook on low for 10-12 hours

Remove from crockpot and drain all liquid, reserving onions (the idea here is to drain off all the fat)
Remove any visible fat from the pork
Shred pork with a fork
Add shredded pork and onions back into crockpot
Add 1 bottle of favorite bbq sauce
Mix well
Cook on low heat for 1-2 hours
