Chicken and Green Beans

Ingredients
1 cup of chopped onions, 2 medium size tomatoes, 12 oz green beans (I use French style frozen green beans), 1/2 tsp of ginger powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt or to taste, pepper to tasye.
Directions
Marinate chicken in salt and lemon juice. In a cooking pan, poor some water (instead of oil). Add onions, ginger powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. On a medium heat, cook the onions until soft. In another pan, poor some water and add diced tomatoes, cumin and let it cook on a medium heat until soft. Rinse chicken from excess salt and add it on the onions (add a little bit of water to cook the chicken if necessary). After about 30 min, add the green beans to the chicken. When cooked add the softened tomatoes. Bring to a boil until excess water evaporates. Serve as shown in the picture. Add olive oil before enjoying your meal!
