Buffalo Chicken & Potatos

Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast 1/3 C buffalo sauce 6 cups frozen hashbrowns (0% Fat)1 C Ranch Dressing (FF) 1/2 C Cheddar Cheese1 Can Healthy Request Cream Mushroom soup
Directions
PReheat oven to 350 Spray cooking pan with spray
Cut chicken into strips
Mix chicken strips and buffalo sauce together.
In another bowl mix: Potatos, dressing, cheese and soup.
Spoon soup mixture in baking dish. Place chicken on top.
Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 20-25 minutes longer.
