Low carb breakfast balls

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef2 lb pork sausage, reduced fat1/2 1lb reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese3 eggs1/2 tsp black pepper2 tbs onion flakes
Directions
Mix all into a bowl. Make 4 dozen 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

    These are wonderful!! I did change it up a little to reduce the calories and fat etc. I use ground turkey in place of ground beef and instead of pork sausage, I use the Jennie-O Breakfast Lovers Turkey Sausage....one pound original and one pound of the "hot" make it PERFECT! These are a "10" !!
