Quick Italian Chicken and artichoke

Ingredients
2 Chicken breast, no skin3 cups ( cooked) spaghetti4 tsp chopped garlic4 pitted, grean olives4 pitted black olives2 med roma tomatoes4 artichoke hearts1 tbsp oregano1 tbsp parsley, dried1 tbsp basil2 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp balsalmic vinegardash of salt
Directions
Dice tomatoes, green and black olives, garlic
Remove leaves, and chop artichoke hearts into lage peices
Cut chicken breasts into 1/2 inch cubes

In large skillet add balsalmic vinegar, olive oil and garlic. Begin to simmer ad med-low heat. 5 mins

Start water boiling for pasta. Boil pasta till al dente.


Add chicken to skillet.
Add oregano, parsley, basil, salt.
Sautee chicken thourghly, 7-10 mins. Stirring occasionally.
Add green and black olives, and artichoke hearts.
Remove from heat, add dices tomatoes, and let stand 5-10 mins, or until tomatoes are warm.

Serve over pasta, and enjoy.
