Pot Roast- crockpot

Ingredients
2lb bottom roast1 medium to large onion diced6oz baby carrots (or to taste)Fresh parsley (to taste- optional)One package Lipton dry onion soup mixOne heaping tablespoon of Bisto beef, or caramalized onion gravy mixGarlic powder or garlic to taste
Directions
Throw everything in the pot with two cups of water. Cook on high until meat falls apart. Turn down to low. Time depends on when you want to eat!
