Red Salsa

Ingredients
1/4 chopped, medium red onion6 oz (approximately 24) chopped grape tomatoes1/2 chopped red pepper1/2 chopped, peeled, small cucumber1 tbsp Lime juice1 tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp low sodium soy saucepinch of dry basil (to taste)
Directions
Chop and combine all of the ingredients. I let sit overnight so that the flavors could mix well together.

Makes approx 4 1/2 cup servings
