(UNRIPE) GREEN PAPAYA PICADILLO

Ingredients
*Papayas, 1 large (5-3/4" long x 3-1/4" dia) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.50 cup Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Garlic, 3 cloves Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp Paprika, .50 tspButter, unsalted, .50 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Olive Oil, .50 tbsp Salt, .25 tbspLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tspGround beef, lean, 500 grams
Directions
Peel and finely chop the unripe papaya.
Cook in water and dispose of all liquid.
Separately heat a pan and add oil, papikra, garlic, onions and red peppers, chicken broth, and ground beef. Let the broth reduce.
Stir in 1 / 2 stick butter, then add the papaya and mix well.
Finally, pour salt, Worcestershire sauce and cilantro.
Serve and enjoy
you can eat it with corn tortillas :)
