Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey1 Lg Can Tomato Juice1 Can Red Kidney Beans1 C Chopped Onion1.5 C Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni4 TB Chili Powder2 C Water
Directions
Brown ground turkey in skillet; drain. Cook whole wheat macaroni in tomato juice and water until almost cooked to completion. Stir often so macaroni doesn't stick. Add chopped onion and drained can of red kidney beans. Add chili powder. Cook over medium heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Note: It's even better when cooked 1 day in advance and kept in refrigerator over night. Serving suggestion: Add a little fat-free sour cream, fat-free cheese, and low-fat crackers.
