Ingredients
1/3 cup of serving Quorn Grounds (you can use other veggie grounds but I prefer Quorn).2 Tbs Southwest Salsa (hot)1/8 Cup Black Beans1/8 Cup CornCooking Spray like Pam3 Corn Tortillas (I use 40 calorie tortillas)1/3 Cup Romain Lettuce Shredded1/8 Avocado fruit (diced)2 Tbs Fat Free Sour Cream
Directions
In microwave safe bowl add: Veggie Grounds, Salsa, Black Beans & Corn. Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute until heated through.

In saute pan sprayed with cooking spray (like Pam), cook each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side (until warm and pliable).

Top shells with veggie meat, bean, corn & salsa mixture , diced avocadoes, lettuce and Sour Cream.
