4 Eggs2 C. Granulated Sugar1C. Oil2 C. Flour1 (16 oz) can of pumpkin2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp. Baking Soda2 tsp. Cinnamon1/2 tsp. Salt1/2 tsp. ground ginger1/2 tsp. ground cloves1/2 tsp. nutmeg1 C. Raisins1 C. Walunts (chopped)
Mix all ingredients together. Use either 2 cake pans (2X9X11)or a 1X11X17 cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
