Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided1/2 cup fat-free sour cream1/4 c grated fresh parmesan cheese, divided1/4 tsp pepper3 garlic cloves, crushed1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped1 (8 oz) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened1 (8 oz) block fat-free cream cheese, softened1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry.
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine 1 1/2 mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tbsp. Parmesan, pepper, and remaining 5 ingredients in a large bowl, and stir until well blended. Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 2 tbsp Parmesan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Serve with baked tortilla chips or crackers
