Roasted Chicken from Grocery StoreDiced Tomato and Green ChiliCreamed CornOnionBlack BeansSour Cream4 Cheese Mexican CheeseTaco Seasoning
Shred roasted chicken
Chop Onions
Add onions and chicken to skillet
Brown chicken and onion
Add other ingredients
Simmer for 10 -15 minutes or until lightly bubbling
** I blended the diced tomatoes so it would be a puree type consistancy. This helped blend the taco seasoning.
I also added less than 1 tbsp. of Light Daisy Sour Cream and a 1/4 cup of Sargento reduced fat cheese. This would add approx 6 more grams of fat.
