Ingredients
20 oz bag California vegetables8 oz light velveeta1 tube reduced fat ritz,crushed1/4 butter melted
Directions
Cook vegetables according to package
Cube cheese and add to vegetables, microwave for 3-4 minutes. Stir and pour into a greased 9x13" baking dish.
Mix together the crackers and butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
Makes 12 1/2 cup servings
