I made this recipie for dinner last night and my family and I really enjoyed it. I changed up the directions a bit. I used whole bone in porkchops, added extra clove garlic, used diced celery instead of flakes, and used chicken broth instead of water. The pork was very tender and delicious! - 9/28/12
