Ingredients
Mix beans, milk, cheese in blender with 1 Tbsp minced onino flakes, 1/2 tsp dry mustard, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, 1/8 tsp pepper in a blender.Brown beef, mix with cooked rice and then mix cheese sauce in. Place in 9x12 pan and bake at 350 for 30 min.
