Chicken and Wild Rice Soup, creamy, slow cooker

Ingredients
3 cups Skim Milk2 cups Reduce sodium Chicken Broth3 tbps margarine3 cans reduce fat cream of chicken soup1tsp pepper1tsp salt1 tbsp parsley, dried3 de-thawed boneless skinless Chicken breast1 tbsp magarinesprinkle of garlic salt1/2 onion, chopped1 box Uncle Bens Long grain and Wild rice original recipe, cooked according to box1 1/2 cups sliced baby carrots+/- 1 cup chopped celery
Directions
Makes 8 servings, approx 2 cups each

1.Cook rice according to box and set aside
2. Cut chicken in to small pieces, cubes (easiest with kitchen scissors) place in med pan and cook with 1tbsp margarine, onion, garlic salt, and a pinch of salt and pepper
3. In the slow cooker, add milk, chicken broth, parsley, salt, pepper, chicken/onion mixture, cream of chicken soup, margarine, rice, carrots, and celery if desired.
4. Stir occasionally. Cook on high or med for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
