* *Beef Silverside Heart Smart, 25 gram(s) finely sliced * *Philadelphia Light cream cheese, 0.5 tbsp (remove) * Celery, raw, 0.25 cup,thinly sliced * *cuccumber, 0.15 cup grater sliced * Onions, raw, 1 tbsp finely sliced Mushrooms, fresh, 1 large thinly sliced * *Rice, white, short-grain, cooked, with Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp White Vinigar, 2 tbsp Kecap Manis, 1.5 tbsp * 2 x rice paper wraps
Directions
prepare sushi rice

soften rice paper place one slightly overlapping
add rice , the top with shredded beef lightly coated in cream cheese, celery, cucumber, spring onion, mushroom,
roll up let sit for about 5-minutes use a slightly damp knife cut into sushi slices
