1 lb lean ground beef1 onion, chopped1 bell pepper chopped1 cup chopped mushrooms3 cups beef broth1/4 cup sour cream1 tbsp seasoned salt or to taste3 cups whole wheat egg noodles
Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
Brown ground beef. Add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and salt. Cook until the vegetebles are just starting to get tender. Add broth and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Stir in noodles and serve. Makes 8 servings.
