Ingredients
18 oz flank steak cut into 6 serving piece1 8 oz can tomato sauce1 small onion sliced1/2 red and yellow pepper sliced1 1/2 cups sliced mushroom1 TBLSP chili powder or to tastesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
brown both sides of steak in pan heated with olive oil

remove and place in casserole dish to the pan add the veggies and saute til tender crisp add tomatoe sauce and seasonings pour over steak and bake in oven 350 degrees for 30-40 min
